Program Description

Emotional Intelligence (EI) refers to the capacity for recognizing our own feelings and those of others, and for regulating emotional expression to maintain healthy relationships with self and others. Research shows that high emotional intelligence is a significant factor in leadership success, and emotional intelligence can be learned. Through discussion and cases, students will have the opportunity to apply the EI concepts and competencies to better understand how to include them into daily interactions at work.
