Program Description

This inaugural U of T conference on Emergency Radiology will cover acute care imaging from head-to-toe with imaging strategies for acutely sick and traumatized patients of all ages. Appropriateness of imaging and state-of-the-art protocols will be discussed. Didactic and interactive case-based sessions focusing on anatomic regions will include difference in strategies for pediatric and adult populations.

 

Time being of essence in acute care, workflow optimization and efficiency gains in organization of acute care will be included.
