Co-hosted by Post MD Education at the University of Toronto and the Centre for Faculty Development, Unity Health (St. Michael’s Hospital), this symposium is focused on: Data informed performance decisions: The art and science for Competence Committees

In addition, we will have local and national guest speakers on a variety of related topics such as:
- Making "good" competence committee decisions
- Lessons learned developing and launching our Competence Committee
- Learner and faculty development issues and opportunities
